PORTS AND FITTINGS
This fuel rail features three 8AN ORB ports, two located at the ends and one in the middle. It also features one 1/8 NPT port.
Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.
1989-1993 Nissan RB20DET (silver top)
20-0757 FUEL RAIL, NISSAN RB20DET
This Nissan RB20DET fuel rail is manufactured with a large 0.69" internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements.
The rail is CNC machined from a custom 6063 aluminum extrusion and black anodized and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It incorporates many lightweight features to go with the strong integrated gusset mounts, shown below.
The fuel rail is designed for any aftermarket injectors that have the same fitment as the OEM injectors. Contact an injector manufacturer to see what they offer. The upper injector bores are machined with a common 11mm ID (Denso). Use the included O-rings if re-using the OEM injectors (shown above), otherwise the included O-rings will not be needed. As shown below, the front, rear, and center ports use 8AN ORB (3/4"-16 O-ring threads) to accept many adapter fittings for custom high flow fuel system builds.
1. If the OEM fuel pressure regulator will be reused, select the 20-0303 FPR Adapter
2. The rail is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY
This fuel rail is compatible with factory or OEM equivalent fuel injectors. If upgrading fuel injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for details. Radium Engineering cannot specify any further injector dimensions other than stating ‘OEM equivalent’.
